Pros

Work within the Internet space which is a bit more relaxed for the commercial sector. Have autonomy within my role.

Cons

The market I work in / on is challenging and the targets attached for what I do are also challenging.

Advice to Management

Invest, invest, invest in more team members per the international markets. Balance the targets per the actual investment at hand. Manage expectations better.
