Pros
Unfortunately there are no real pros. If you are skilled and know your stuff do not waste your years in this company, no one cares.
Cons
Awful management. Very little communication with management, and the little bit is unpleasant and inconclusive to say the least. No people skills whatsoever
Advice to Management
Stay were you are, you wouldn't get a job anywhere else. And be forever thankful to whoever installed you ( your mum and dad for example ) and their political connections.
