Featured Review

Current Employee - Associate Architect

I have been working at Cigniti Inc. full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

1. Very good place to grow 2. Supportive higher management

Cons

1. Politics by middle management 2. Not many employee benefits

Current Contractor - Business Technology Analyst

I have been working at Gallop Solutions for more than a year

Pros

Company will manipulate your background and documents to get you started if you pass the client interview and they are loosing billing on you

Cons

> Payment is not on time, I followed up for my payments on many occasions. My last settlement amount was paid to me after 2 months of my last day . > In my case they deducted my taxes incorrectly... and did not show all of it in W2. no ans from HR upon follow up > Highly unprofessional behavior > Very inefficient HR services > No benefits > when you are on assignment on client location, your gallop managers will not care about you, they will literally meet you on the interview day and your last day.

Advice to Management

Please higher better business development managers who know how to retain and rotate talent within company. Cheap labor is good but it also gonna hamper the growth of the company after certain point
