Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Cipla full-time for more than a year

Pros

This company has a lot of potential, it’s a striving business. If you’re European and a Man will deafly be paid more.

Cons

This is international company which operates in the UK like it’s in India, those rules and conduct deemed reasonable within India are not necessary for international countries which leaves a lot of... policy is questionable.

Advice to Management

Managers often lose focus due to the emphasis placed on spying on colleagues for no reason other than trying to find them self useful so they are not the ones sent back home. One could say it’s... amusing to watch but it is somewhat sad that workplace turns out to be a school playground because how desperately they want to stay in the country. The CEO changed three times within a year

Chemist

I worked at Ipca Laboratories

Pros

Not many STAR questions asked during the interview. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the interview. Not very long interview and questions relatively not very hard.

Cons

The job was very fast paced and required a lot of undivided attention to all the tasks required of you.
