Pros

Company car for service advisor, Senior advisor helpful unlike in some other franchises. Staff in department are friendly.

Cons

Long working hours, unclear bonus structures that can be hard to hit at times and are capped.

Advice to Management

When doing staff evaluations please act on criticisms, don't just do them because company policy dictates they have to be done.
