Current Employee - Marketing Manager

I have been working at Citrix full-time for less than a year

Pros

Flexible working, autonomy, forward thinking

Cons

Large matrix organisation, so can be hard to move fast.

Former Employee - Social Media Marketing Specialist

I worked at Zimmerman Advertising full-time for more than a year

Pros

It’s great to gain experience quickly starting off but the pay is terrible. There is a not guidance or positive mentorship to help great talent move forward.

Cons

The turnover was insane. This company does not invest in you and once people realize that they quickly leave.

Advice to Management

Seriously need to re-evaluate your management style if you want this company to survive the next era of the work force.
