Very supportive, positive & enjoyable environment to work in. Strong family feel and everyone is happy to lend a hand when needed. The team are friendly, fun and very approachable. OryxAlign is... keen to recognise and reward their employees and proactively support their continued growth and development in line with the continued company growth.

Cons

The company is growing at a fast pace, roles are always evolving and adapting and at times communication could be better. However, they are working hard to continue to define all processes,... procedures and expectations as we grow and in turn, this will improve lines of communication. Onwards and upwards.
