Current Employee - Claims Technician

I have been working at Crawford & Company full-time for less than a year

Pros

Only been at the company for 6 months, but love it so far. -Largest Loss Adjusting firm in the UK and 2nd largest in the world. -Clear hierarchy which ignites passion for progression as you can... see others that have moved up the career ladder as role models. -Lots of opportunities for industry recognized qualifications. -Treated with respect, regardless of your position. -Always new products/services in development which can make the role exciting if you're involved in it. -Good locations all across the UK.

Cons

-Understaffed in certain areas of the business but hopefully this is being looked into. -High case workload which can cause stress sometimes and resonates with the above con.

Advice to Management

Plan in advance for recruitment of roles that are needed, because if it is only done last minute, it is more time we are operating understaffed and people might leave due to the stress/pressure;... creating a snowball effect and putting us back to square one. Other than that, keep innovating and the business will strive! Glad to be a part of it.

Former Employee - Insurance Broker

I worked at Rogers Insurance full-time for less than a year

Pros

Welcoming, fair wage and I worked there last in early 2013.

Cons

Some cliques of colleagues may have caused some misunderstandings but management dealt with it very professionally. Made life and work culture so much better.
