Current Employee - Executive Creative Director

I have been working at Datasite full-time for less than a year

Pros

I’ve been with some corporations and I’ve had some great experiences. None compare to Datasite. The levels of bravery and commitment to a single minded purpose are amazing. People are genuinely... collaborative and emotional intelligence is through the roof. This is a place where you can actually make a difference.

Cons

Sometimes there can be a few language/global issues. These are usually overcome by talking. Great that it happens without injury and usually concludes happily.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing. Trust and faith in your people is paying off.
