Featured Review

Former Intern - Fundraising Intern

I worked at DialogueDirect for less than a year

Pros

I loved getting to harness my people skills and learn sales tactics for a good cause.

Cons

Long and tiring hours, it is a hard job and only some can handle it.

Former Employee - Team Leader and Recruiter

I worked at Direct Dialogue full-time for more than a year

Pros

Meet new people, good fun with team mates and a great camaraderie. Days off are not too bad either. As most people view it as a stepping stone, there is not too much careerist activity.

Cons

Terrible to be constantly dealing with the public. Meaningless and slowly spirit crushing. Hard to maintain enthusiasm. Saturated business.

Advice to Management

Not promoting people blindly as a consequence of their sales numbers. Management and sales numbers are not perfectly correlated.
