Featured Review

Current Employee - ER Registered Nurse

I have been working at Dignity Health full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great benefits package, competitive pay, retirement plan options and pension for vested employees.

Cons

Takes too many shortcuts at the patient's expense. Staffing is based on patient census instead of realistic needs of patients.

Advice to Management

invest in your ancillary staff; registered nurses aren't robots and we need help. secretaries, CNAs and ED techs are valuable. Nurses will walk out if you keep cutting back on these employees; I am... currently changing my career path as a result.
