NDR is a leading company in its industry- NDR prides itself in taking care of their clients. As a sales agent you are genuinely assisting people in improving their lives. They put you through paid... training and provide you the tools you need to succeed- while continung to help you improve your skills/numbers while there. Your pay is salary and commission based- which means the more work you put in, the more you can get paid! They have a competitive bonus structure that keep's us on our feet. Your in a friendly compeititon with your peers-it can make for an exciting day! You can really provide for yourself and family with your NDR career. I've been here 4 years- and I thoroughly enjoy it. I was promoted to team lead last year. NDR likes to promote within and as the company grows you can also grow with them. They have created a great culture on sales floor and at NDR as a whole. Your peers and management are always eager to assist you, talk or just be there for you. When I enroll clients, I tell them Welcome To The NDR Family- the statement holds true for the clients and for the employee's here. To me, it's important to get up each day and actually enjoy what I'm doing. Each day brings a new challege, I enjoy going to work and always trying to beat my best month!!
