Featured Review

Current Employee - Talent Acquisition

I have been working at DuPont full-time for less than a year

Pros

Excellent benefits (health, dental, LTIP, generous contributory pension), fantastic work-life balance, flexible working opportunities (including remote worker contracts). Respectful and inclusive... culture, lots of opportunities to learn and participate in new and interesting projects.

Cons

Lots of change due to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. The dust should start to settle soon.

Advice to Management
