Pros
Live up to their values and genuinely care about people. Lots of initiatives to support health, safety and mental health with well-being champions in all parts of the business. Focus groups... supporting monitory groups and working really hard to make sure people have a voice and feel included. Flat structure means anyone has access to senior leaders who are really responsive.
Cons
Can be a little bureaucratic and process driven

I have been working at Arcus FM full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
I have been with Arcus almost 11 years, in that time I have worked my way up from the bottom of the HSQE team to a leadership role. Within my time at Arcus, I have also completed many external and... internal H&S and management qualifications and courses to assist with excelling in my career and the business, they have fully supported and invested in me. I have always had supportive and understanding line managers which is one of the reasons why after 11 years I am still here and happy within my role and the business.

Not sure there are any if I am honest. My experience on the whole has been positive and I have been invested in and supported

Continue to have the personal approach, line managers continually engaging and collaborating with their teams to ensure everyone is on the same page and are happy with their role
