"Good year"13 Oct 2019

Former Employee - Industrial Placement Student

I worked at EY full-time for more than a year

Pros

Everyone was really keen to get me involved, and supportive when things were new

Cons

Can be long working hours

Current Employee - Recruiting Coordinator

I have been working at Korn Ferry full-time for less than a year

Pros

no micromanagement, trust in staff, big company to work for, plenty progression opportunities, good salaries

Cons

there is a hot desking policy in the office, as staff are allowed to work from home a couple of days a week, so sometimes the office is extremely busy and quiet at other times.
