I have been working at Echo Global Logistics full-time for more than a year

Pros

Environment is fine, often friendly, and they do things like beer Friday's, softball league, and a fun holiday party.

Cons

Constant harp on call numbers over anything else. 100+ and 2 hrs minimum 7am-5pm work day Very cliquey which can help or hurt you Out of training(2017) some new reps are given existing clients and... some aren't Training program changed several times throughout the 2 years I was there

Advice to Management

Quality of calls should outweigh quantity of calls. Everyone should be provided existing clients coming out of training. I believe this would reduce turnover and give everyone a better start to... their book of business.
