I have been working at Roubini Global Economics full-time for more than a year
Incredibly intelligent and well connected individuals. Opportunities to meet and do business with senior executives across major financial institutions across the globe. An excellent brand. A... feeling of equality across all departments and levels. Business savvy and commercially aware sales manages. Sales Managers who care about the team and the company.
Not a place for a new graduate who has little sales experience. They hire experienced professionals and expect them to perform, if they do not perform they are not around for long.
Advice to Management
Make sure it is sales that lead all product development initiatives.
