Pros
Great company for the ambitious as the Company itself and its leaders are ambitious. Lots of opportunities and eagerness to develop people who are prepared to put in the effort. Fair salaries and... bonus scheme Free private health and sickness cover Free canteen
Cons
Fast change is not for everyone and sometimes the communication is not as good as it should be. Evolution means that some roles become redundant from time-to-time. If you are one of the unlucky... ones that is obviously tough
Advice to Management
Work hard on improving communication, both up and down within the organisation. More team-building, especially between the regional organsiations

A clean coffee machine, staff didn't kick me too often, good quality beans, and most importantly, a clean toilet
Cons
I had to clean the coffee machine every day. This was OTT
