Former Employee - Sales Associate

I worked at Eli Lilly and Company full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

resources available, professional and caring. Transparent career pathway

Cons

none that I would care to mention

Current Employee - Office Coordinator

I have been working at Pierre Fabre full-time for less than a year

Pros

Family feel with busy workload. Protected by Pierre-Fabre foundation’s management and procedures/policies. Fantastic, positive people. Great place to work who put people first. They look after... staff, customers and the planet. Healthy working environment. Busy and noisy some days and nice and quiet other days. Products sold are amazing to fund the foundation/charity and all the amazing care and work they do. Offer work from home much more since Sept 2019.

Cons

Some people may find travel too far from places such as South or West London.
