I have been working at Epicor Software full-time for more than 5 years
Always pushing technology boundaries. Good opportunities to change roles. A clearer picture of the future, than 12 months ago. Excellent personal support if and when needed. Significant... investments in employee training in the last 12 months. Great mixture of seasoned pros and newbies across all functions.
Not always singing from the same hymn sheet between teams but that is certainly improving.
Advice to Management
Blur the lines between teams more, encourage more cross-team initiatives
I have been working at Unit4 part-time for less than a year
"In business for people" is so much more than a strapline at Unit4. It's clear that Mike Ettling and the Global Leadership Team have serious ambition - and they're taking everyone along with them on... this journey. People are central to all decisions; whether it's the people who work at Unit4, the people who work for our partner organisations or the people who use Unit4 ERP, FP&A, HCM and Student Management software as customers - everyone benefits for our people first philosophy. It's a fast-paced environment and there's lots to do - everyone is enthusiastic and approachable and keen to make improvements. People are valued and there are great opportunities. For a large global organisation there is still a sense of belonging and comradery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Unit4 as a great place to work.
I haven't come across anything I would consider a con.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing. Pushing in the right direction and taking everyone along with you on that journey.
