I have been working at Erevena full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- The quality of the team is incredible. Having worked in a number of search firms I believe that the calibre of colleague at Erevena is by far the highest I have ever experienced. - Great clients.... We work with some of the most impactful investors globally and some of the most exciting brands in tech. It's very motivating to partner and advise some of the best companies in the world. - Values. The values are advisory, collaborative, diligence and integrity. The company lives these values.

Not sure - cannot think of any at the moment.

Keep doing what you are doing. Continue to ask advice from the team - people care and have good ideas and opinions which you seek often, continue to do this.
