Great CEO, value based culture, always in the types of change, dynamic and fast moving

Cons

If you don’t like change it’s probably not for you

Former Employee - Commercial Sales Representative

I worked at GCR Tire Centers full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good benefits, okay pay

Cons

General Manager in Omaha Location has a god complex. He is very rude to his staff using very loud a vulgar language when he is upsets. He consistently belittles his staff. Corporate refuses to take... action because they think his behavior be it unconventional is very effective basically saying the store is profitable so who cares about the staff

Advice to Management

You could improve moral by treating people like people
