I have enjoyed my tenure at Evergreen. Its a typical small business environment with its own challenges similar to any other small business. However, there are several unique values about Evergreen... that sets it apart from other small businesses. Some of these are: > Management transparency > Great Employees benefit and support > No micro management > Very collaborative and engaging team members > Ability to work across multiple domains > Opportunity for career growth > Competitive compensation package > Open culture

Cons

> Lack of 401K > Occasional overtime

Advice to Management

Stay on course and keep the open culture and transparency in place as this is the key to build a relationship with the employees.
