Supportive management, friendly and fun team environment and supportive of flexible working.

Sometimes things can take a while to happen, but that goes for any large, global company.

Great Community and the business is forever changing so you need to be adaptable, lots of Travel to visit Partners and for Work Training/Meetings, Lots of Benefits i.e. Accommodation, discounts on... affiliate sites

Cons

Lots of hard work.
