Tech

I worked at Experience Commerce for less than a year

Pros

Nothing to add Nothing to add Nothing special to add People working here are just wasting their skills & time. Old government office system.

Cons

No work hierarchy. No work life balance No growth opportunities Managers are dumb, just wanna play politics Ceo doesn't about employees HR is the main culprit, doesn't listen to its employees. Only... play blame game😒

Advice to Management

Better shut your office. If you can't take care of your employees, no one else can save you. Anyways that's the reason your clients are going.

Current Employee - Acquisition Executive

I have been working at Digitonomy full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

You are given complete autonomy over your role, no micro management or people watching your screen over your shoulder. Professional development is widely encouraged and supported. Whether that be... changing your day to day role or attending a course to further knowledge. You are the master of your own destiny here, if you would like to be involved in a project or an opportunity you're welcomed to try new things. There are no whispers behind closed doors, or an inner circle of management. Knowledge isn't witheld here and you're genuinely informed of overall progress and departmental performance.

Cons

The biscuit jars are filled up seemingly hourly, so if you're on a diet you need a strong resolve.

Advice to Management

Please never change the current culture or working ethos.
