Featured Review

Former Intern - Gas & Power Marketing

I worked at ExxonMobil for less than a year

Pros

Fantastic mentorship, great experience and support, with a steep learning curve

Cons

None, thoroughly enjoyed my time there

Advice to Management

Keep it up

Current Employee - Shift Supervisor

I have been working at Enterprise Products full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Salary here is great. Management is great. They really listen to the needs and concerns of the employees.

Cons

For new hires, getting to top pay can take a while. Not everyone gets a full raise every year, but everyone does get a cost of living.

Advice to Management

Change the new hires raise protocol, and bring back sick time! (The addition of parental and elderly care leave were great)
