Featured Review

Former Employee - Territory Manager

I worked at ExxonMobil full-time

Pros

Benefits, Flexibility, Training, work balance and careers opportunity

Cons

Too many procedures to follow

Current Employee - Strategic Sourcing Manager

I have been working at National Oilwell Varco full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Career growth is there if you want it.

Cons

High level of Red tape, this constrains the businesses ability to adapt to the market changes.

Advice to Management

Change the recruitment process, it is terrible from both an internal and external perspective. NOV loose candidates due to the length of time this takes, this is frustrating from a recruiting... managers perspective.
