Pros

Interesting projects, varied, travel, flexibility (wfh etc), some truly excellent managers

Cons

Sometimes slow to get things done, like lots of big companies though, so nothing major

Really good company with excellent professionals.

Cons

Could improve its managers' abilities in regard to conflict resolution and employee support. It also surely lacks better harassment policies.

Improve harassment policies and employee awareness in regard to social issues and respect in the work environment.
