Perks and Benefits are incredibly competitive Smart, friendly people who I look forward to seeing every day Flexible hours / work from home Hiring the right people for the next stage of growth for... the company Promising runway of opportunity for success in the industry

Cons

High growth over the last couple of years leads to some change fatigue but the people here have the right attitude to overcome that - lots of teams growing and changing dynamics are all normal for a... company looking to truly disrupt the industry. Exciting times - but hang on for the ride!

Advice to Management

Keep talking to employees at all levels, listen and move quickly when potential issues arise. Clean up and streamline internal systems/tools/resources.
