Working with like minded people,with shared interests. Flexible working hours and travel to the USA through the year. Great work colleagues !!

Cons

Too many unreasonable targets set by hierarchy that did not understand the nature of the equestrian market. Time difference between USA and conference calls made at unreasonable hours.

Advice to Management

Take the pressure off and listen to the people in the field. Understand the difference between the the US market and the UK market. Understand the equestrian industry
