Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at First Derivatives for less than a year

Pros

Amazing work culture, comprehensive experience in business IT.

Cons

Work is 9-6 and salary is low at £12,000 per annum for placement year.

Current Employee - Account Executive

I have been working at MRP full-time for more than a year

Pros

-great office and location -fun working environment - always loads of craic! -salaries are very competitive and bonus structure for AEs is great! -the role can be hard at times but reward is... always there when you do well -recognition for good work is always given by management -really good career opportunities for everyone with ambition

Cons

-benefits could definitely be better but I know that senior management is working on that -sales can be difficult but that's the same with every company/position

Advice to Management

Keep up recognizing and rewarding people - it goes such a long way!
