Featured Review

Current Employee - Sales Representative

I have been working at First Point full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great atmosphere in the team , enough room to grow for young and inexperienced personnel, very rewarding if reasonable objectives are met

Cons

Unfortunately, parking lots in front of the office in the morning hours are always kept for senior collegues

Advice to Management

Please secure more parking slots

Former Employee - Salesman/Repair

I worked at Swift Industrial Cleaning full-time for more than a year

Pros

The pay checks always cleared, and drinking on the job after five o'clock was encouraged. Boss usually had the most.

Cons

Questionable ethics. Does not follow through on promises or agreements. Always makes an excuse why he can not keep that deal, and then flies to Wyoming to spend a week elk hunting.

Advice to Management

That's pretty high turn over
