Featured Review

I worked at Flybe

Pros

A brilliant workforce and atmosphere to work amongst such a talented team of engineers and mechanics

Cons

Working nights getting A Checks done on time with little or no help from Development engineering and other departments as they never worked Nightshift.

Advice to Management

Get to know all all your staff and treat them as you would like them to treat yourself.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Auckland International Airport full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great company to have a career (if you work for airport operations), friendly team members, opportunity to meet people from different backgrounds everyday

Cons

Ego maniacal, power hungry bosses

Advice to Management

Try and understand how work is carried out by your team members rather than sitting in front of a computer and ordering staff to work according to how you want. Make decisions that seem sensible to... others, please understand that you don’t own the airport and you’re just a staff like everyone else and that people have some self respect and dignity. Treat everyone fairly
