Pros

Flexible hours, good experience working with clients with a variety of health problems. Coworkers are kind and willing to help and management is always available for problems or questions.

Cons

This company does not pay for transportation costs between clients homes and is also on the lower end of the pay scale for this type of position.

Advice to Management

Management could possibly raise their pay scale to attract more long term workers because there is a problem with frequent employee turnover.
