Great team to work with, the senior management team are realistic and approachable, they understand the pressure of the role and provide support accordingly. The organisation promotes learning and... development and encourages staff to develop themselves and take opportunities to progress. I have so far had a very positive experience and love supporting the teams.
No downsides as of yet. The only negative is some of the homes require environmental investment, but the company is aware if this.

Flexible hours, good experience working with clients with a variety of health problems. Coworkers are kind and willing to help and management is always available for problems or questions.
This company does not pay for transportation costs between clients homes and is also on the lower end of the pay scale for this type of position.
Advice to Management
Management could possibly raise their pay scale to attract more long term workers because there is a problem with frequent employee turnover.
