Current Employee - SDM Manager

I have been working at Fujitsu full-time

Pros

Flexible, global, network, opportunities, training

Cons

Hierarchical, corporate, traditional, formal, old-school

Current Employee - Consultant

I have been working at Technology Services Group UK full-time for less than a year

Pros

Employee Benefits are good. Home and flexible working is a new norm but really welcomed! A drive for an increase in employee moral and continued support from middle and senior management has made... this company a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Training days need to be booked very far in advance. This isn't a massive con as I guess its good that work keeps coming in! But once booked in they are done and incredibly helpful.

Advice to Management

Keep pushing employee moral and setting an example for other staff to ensure they have a good work life balance. By doing that I fell people wont feel bad for taking time off when they need it.
