The people who work here are the best thing about this organisation. Everyone wants to be helpful to each other. Everyone looks out for their peers. And everyone cares a great deal about the... wellbeing of their colleagues and subordinates. I've worked here over a decade and all you see as you walk the floors is a good atmosphere, hard work and kindness. That is the type of place you want to work at long-term! This huge benefit is closely followed by the rewarding nature of the work itself. When you help someone who has been struggling for many years with a complaint about a financial business, you can change someone's life. And that makes the work we do extremely worthwhile.
There really aren't any cons that you wouldn't find absolutely everywhere else! The organisation tries very hard to listen to its staff before implementing new policies. And the targets are... achievable and realistic - which is why the vast majority of colleagues are able to meet and exceed them.
Advice to Management
Keep doing what you're doing. I'm immensely proud of the way you're implementing the findings of the periodic review, to make this an even better place to work. Keep listening to your staff regularly... and rewarding people for doing a good job.
