Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at GSMA full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great people, values, decent benefits including a competitive annual leave policy, lots of projects, great diversity. The work is challenging. Low turnover because people are generally happy.... Flexible working applies to all.

Cons

Some people are busier than others. People need to be empowered to share their thoughts and ideas with the leadership team.

Advice to Management

The GSMA is becoming hierarchical, this needs to change so people are not afraid to speak to senior leaders.

Current Employee - Assistant Store Leader

I have been working at O2 full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Targets that are extremely touch and go but when achieving them incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Longer hours due to the nature of phone sales.

Advice to Management

Be prepared to commit.
