I had the sense that the company prioritized revenue before the employees, so salary and raises were very low. There were no development programs or opportunities to pick up new skills as you are... either expected to understand everything or get kicked out. Lacking in D&I immensely. There were many awkward instances with the topic of diversity. There is no clear structure or management and, as such, you are expected to figure things on your own, despite many objectives within each department being very unclear, and there is no opportunity for growth. Management or higher-ups are not skilled at being a manager. The turn-over rate is very high. I echo previous comments here, Gagen was a very unusual place to work at. People keep their heads down and work independently - not a collaborative environment - working in isolation There is no transparency or open-communication
