Former Employee - Training Coordinator

I worked at Galderma full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Brilliant working environment, closely knit and yet super inclusive and welcoming. I had bosses who believed in me and was given a chance of taking the ownership of this job despite initiaL lack... of experience. It was the best time as contributed fresh ideas and improved ways of doing things.

Cons

I was thrown at a deep end which could be a con but then i was given time to grow, which was amazing. From my temping experience a lot of companies expect one to be up and running with none or... additional training.

Advice to Management

Due to restructuring and a dynamic development there has been a lot of fluidity so not sure how great the current bosses are.
