Featured Review

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Gallagher full-time for more than a year

Pros

High growth business bringing on new high profile clients Supportive of staff and their development Working with some of the highest calibre professionals in the industry Client focused and hard... working environment but with really good work/life balance Showers on site, some of the team run together and others go to yoga and spin together

Cons

City centre offices without on site parking

Former Employee - Technology Manager

I worked at Marsh & McLennan Companies full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

- Global company, centralized IT (enabling a true big-picture and 100% responsibility for technology - work together with global team members.

Cons

Can be overwhelming to individuals who aren't used to working across time-zones (e.g. continental time zone) and/or working across cultural borders.
