I have been working at Gannett Fleming full-time for less than a year

Pros

The company is very well-organized with everything being managed on their digital platform. The hiring process was very smooth and the onboarding process ensured that I felt settled in from day 1. I... would recommend this company to anybody who is in the market and is looking for a well-structured firm with great support departments and room for advancement.

Cons

No cons at the moment other than not getting to see my colleagues in person on a regular basis due to the health pandemic.

Advice to Management

Continue to develop the company's digital platforms because it seems that working remotely may become more of a reality in the future than everyone has previously thought. The industry has changed... drastically since the COVID-19 pandemic began and its great to see that GF has taken steps to help individuals continue their work from home. Continuing to invest in this technology now is vital because the industry is coming to realize the benefits of working remotely, and we may experience an additional wave of the pandemic in the near or distant future, so we need to be ready and be flexible so that our services to our clients are not interrupted.
