Featured Review

Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Gartner full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Continuous coaching and training - you learn every single day. The opportunity to have a disproportionate impact on your clients' business, and on their success. Work with super-intelligent and... passionate people, in a strong team setting across lines of business and geographies. Great recognition, uncapped earnings potential, great benefits.

Cons

It's not for everyone, you have to be willing to challenge yourself, to learn new ways of doing things, of applying best practices. If that's not for you, you won't be happy here.

Current Employee - Associate Consultant

I have been working at Bain & Company full-time for more than a year

Pros

Bright people, supportive environment differentiated on people and supportive environment

Cons

Demanding work with emphasis on continued improvement and self-directed positivity

Advice to Management

Pay London office as much as US offices - the difference is appalling and cost of living in London is high.
