Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Gartner full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Continuous coaching and training - you learn every single day. The opportunity to have a disproportionate impact on your clients' business, and on their success. Work with super-intelligent and... passionate people, in a strong team setting across lines of business and geographies. Great recognition, uncapped earnings potential, great benefits.

Cons

It's not for everyone, you have to be willing to challenge yourself, to learn new ways of doing things, of applying best practices. If that's not for you, you won't be happy here.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at NPower full-time for more than a year

Pros

Npower has a great mission that changes many lives. The whole team is dedicated toward helping young adults lead successful careers. The job is stressful but at the end of the day, it's all about the... students and getting them from point A to point B.

Cons

The stress level is high and it does take it's toll on the staff. There is limited career growth.
