I have been working at Glassdoor full-time for more than a year

Pros

Excellent pay and benefits package Very pro-wellbeing Unlimited PTO Policy - with regular "company days off" Option to work fully remote on my own schedule I feel very supported and part of my team... and the wider company despite predominantly working from home

Cons

Can at times have slight delays in doing day-to-day activities or resolving internal system issues due to certain teams being solely US-based.

Advice to Management

Absolutely love your approach to transparency, keep doing what you're doing!
