Featured Review

Current Contractor - Recruiting Coordinator

I have been working at Google for more than a year

Pros

-Free food -Good support and communication from leads -Annual bonus (depending on hours worked) -Opportunities to go permanent

Cons

The job can be tedious

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Academy for Professional Training full-time for more than a year

Pros

There is potential to work a lot of hours here. The time off policy is fairly lax but at the same time you may be off but you more than likely will not be paid.

Cons

This company only pays you for what you work. Nothing in terms of benefits. Hourly wage only. Salary is not comparable with other positions in the same market.

Advice to Management

Promote from with in, interview and hire better. Don't be afraid to become organized.
