Poor management - Bullying tactics are used towards lower level and mid-level staff Poor client service - Outdated client service methods with no tools for research measurement or project... management. Poor Stability - 80% of staff members are contract or freelance hires with no promise of becoming fulltime employees

Proof Integrated Communications management needs to be revamped or client businesses should be absorbed by their partner agencies.
