I worked at Rainforest Action Network full-time
Savvy and dedicated researchers. Admirable mission and vision.
If you read through the reviews thoroughly you will see a consistent message. RAN is the epitome of a toxic workplace. Aggression and bullying rule. The commitment to DEIJ is prioritized on paper... and discussed often, but RAN is not inclusive or equitable. Metrics gathered annually through RAN staff surveys support this statement. Though RAN's mission is compelling and its strategy sound, if employer that this is a hostile work environment.
