Former Contractor - President %26CEO

I worked at Greenpeace

Pros

Really great company is a plus

Cons

Not really a con if you’re red

Advice to Management

None

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Rainforest Action Network full-time

Pros

Savvy and dedicated researchers. Admirable mission and vision.

Cons

If you read through the reviews thoroughly you will see a consistent message. RAN is the epitome of a toxic workplace. Aggression and bullying rule. The commitment to DEIJ is prioritized on paper... and discussed often, but RAN is not inclusive or equitable. Metrics gathered annually through RAN staff surveys support this statement. Though RAN's mission is compelling and its strategy sound, if employer that this is a hostile work environment.

Advice to Management

Update your CEO information. Lindsey Allen has not been Executive Director or at RAN since December 2019.
