Advice to Management

I would say a store when losing a manager/supervisor should be able to get more help, quicker and easier. Training for people new to the company needs to be much more extensive, it took myself a long... time to settle, mostly due to lack of knowledge. Support was available, but I may not always know about it. Updating the broadcast system to be more interactive.
