Pros

Company culture that promotes healthy competition and high cooperation, personal and professional growth, fun and excellence. High growth and learning opportunities with internal training, benefits... for pursuing studies and courses, mentoring. Truly global firm with ability to work wit others from different backgrounds and cultures. Exciting and growing industry to work in. Hamilton Lane has experienced tremendous growth beyond market growth purely from the excellent service it provides.

Cons

Opportunities are available but you have to seek them out yourself. Trickier to find a sponsor for satellite offices.

Advice to Management

Continue being open and honest, it is much appreciated. Consider what influence you can now make on the industry in general, such as promoting diversity and ethical investing. This will be key to... attracting and retaining junior talent.

Cons

Required a lot of travelling at the time if you wanted to be a Financial Adviser. Seems to have changed a little now.
