I worked at River Island Clothing full-time for less than a year

Pros

Felt right at home on the first day. Friendly, funny and caring team members. There's always something new each day and good working hours. Pay is a good starting point of £8.70( 21+) Double pay on... boxing day, 40% discount and allowance for uniform.

Cons

Can be stressful near Christmas, boxing day and new years.

Advice to Management

giving more training on tills and updating hours sheets more often. (outdated)
